Hewitt Foods is one of Australia's leading agricultural enterprises, operating across multiple states with a significant presence in the nation's beef industry. I was commissioned to document life on four Hewitt cattle stations across New South Wales, Northern Territory, and Queensland - capturing the people, infrastructure, livestock, and landscapes. The brief focused on the relationship that their organic operation has with the environment, and the biodiversity that thrives within their sustainable grazing systems.
